What products do you have live right now?
We have two live products in pilot phase: HMO ERP System (claims, enrollee management) and Cybersecurity Mesh Platform (security operations, compliance tracking). AI Accounting and AI Call Center are in active development (estimated Q4 2025 / Q1 2026).
Can I see a demo of the live products?
Absolutely. We offer live, screen-share demos of the HMO ERP and Cybersecurity Mesh Platform. No fake mockups – you'll see the actual working software. Contact us and select "demo".
What is the pilot program?
We are looking for 3-5 pilot partners per product. You get heavily discounted (or free) access in exchange for monthly feedback, usage data, and a potential testimonial/case study. Pilot terms are flexible.
Are you ISO 27001 or GDPR compliant?
Not yet certified. We follow security best practices (encryption at rest, HTTPS, access logs) and are working towards compliance. For pilot partners, we sign NDAs and data processing agreements. Full certification is a milestone for our next funding round.
Do you have customer references?
As an early-stage startup, we have no paid customers yet. We have 2 pilot partners (under NDA) for the HMO ERP. Upon signing an NDA, we can arrange an introduction.
Where is NovaIntellect located?
Our headquarters is a coworking space in Lagos, Nigeria (Victoria Island). We are a remote-first team with members across Africa and Europe. In-person meetings by appointment only.
